Received 42 Likes on 26 Posts. Picked up my 2021 SQ5SB at the end of May and have had all Favorites lost both radio and Nav several times. Just happened again today and Nav shows no favorites, no home, no past trips and no received destinations. My Audi app shows destinations sent to the car but my MMI shows nothing received.

The MMI display on our SQ5 has decided to stop working. None of the buttons on the centre console will light up when I press them either, and the display on the dashboard does work, but only shows Fuel left etc, and does not allow me to switch to music / sat nav etc. I have tried resetting the system with the three button press, with no luck.

You probbably have to change the microphones in the roof - depending on the configuration of MMI in your car you might have 1, 2, 3 or 4 microphones in the lamp module in the roof - i am guessing that you only have 1 microphone (for GALA). The battery has been tested and is ok. I have read that the battery energy management shuts down things as the battery is losing power, one of these is the infotainment ( mmi) and goes into transportation mode etc. I have managed to deactivate transportation mode through vcds cable but I do not know how to activate infotainment.

The setup and car button do not work for the Hidden Green Menu. Is states that there are no other options. I saw that in other sites that it need to be programmed to be able to work, so I can enable it. Audi a6 2012 mmi bluetooth will not load phone any more.
